MultiCam camouflage
MultiCam is a modern camouflage pattern developed in 2002 by the American company Crye Precision in collaboration with the United States Army Soldier Systems Center (Natick Labs) under the Objective Force Warrior program. Its aim was to create a universal masking pattern that is effective in diverse terrains and changing environmental conditions. The MultiCam pattern consists of seven colors, creating gradient transitions between shades of green, brown, and beige. This allows it to dynamically adjust to the background, adopting shades of green in forested areas or browns and beiges in desert regions - in Central and Eastern Europe, it works particularly well in the autumn period and among arid vegetation. MultiCam has gained recognition worldwide and is used by numerous armed forces and special units. In 2010, the camouflage was officially adopted by the US Army as the pattern for soldiers stationed in Afghanistan, replacing the previous Universal Camouflage Pattern (UCP). This pattern is also available for civilian users, making it a popular choice among military and airsoft enthusiasts.
