Good quality compression strap, which works well. The only downside is the compatibility of the coyote color, supposedly coyote, but sometimes it's too light and sometimes too dark. It doesn't bother me at all. I can also add that the M-TAC labels are sometimes sewn on the correct side and sometimes the opposite. However, it's meant to serve its purpose and work, not to look pretty. I recommend this good product whether for a backpack or for a car.
