M-Tac Pouch for M249 rifle ammo box - MultiCam

Pouch designed to accommodate an ammunition box containing 200 rounds for the M249 SAW machine gun. Constructed from highly durable 500D Cordura, the pouch secures to gear via a rear-mounted MOLLE system crafted with Laser Cut technology.

The box is retained inside the pouch by an elastic strap and a hook-and-loop secured flap. Nylon straps positioned along the insides facilitate fast and effortless extraction of the box.

MultiCam represents a cutting-edge camouflage pattern, engineered in 2002 by the American company Crye Precision in collaboration with the United States Army Soldier Systems Center (Natick Labs) as an element of the Objective Force Warrior initiative. Designed to deliver exceptional versatility, the MultiCam pattern excels across diverse terrains and shifting environmental settings. Comprising seven distinct colors, the pattern features smooth gradient transitions among greens, browns, and beiges. This allows it to seamlessly blend into various backdrops, assuming green tones in wooded landscapes or brown and beige hues in arid, desert terrains—proving especially effective in autumn or within dry vegetation in Central and Eastern Europe. Widely acclaimed on a global scale, MultiCam is employed by numerous military forces and elite units. In 2010, it was formally selected by the US Army as the standard camouflage for troops in Afghanistan, replacing the preceding Universal Camouflage Pattern (UCP). Civilian availability also makes it a favored option among military, tactical, and airsoft enthusiasts.
