Tactical first aid pouch crafted from robust 1000D Cordura. Features a MOLLE mounting system, enabling secure attachment to a belt, backpack, or tactical vest.

Access is provided by a YKK zipper with an integrated pull tab, ensuring easy use even when wearing gloves.

The interior includes elastic straps for efficient organization of medical supplies. The front is marked with an embroidered medical cross in red thread.

Included in the set is a removable MOLLE panel secured with Velcro. This design allows rapid detachment of the first aid pouch for separation from other gear. During emergency care, the pouch can be positioned anywhere or handed off to another individual.

My first aid kit favorite. The kit isn’t bulky, but it holds a lot and has brilliantly organized compartments inside – you can even fit an 18-inch splint in the back space and there’s still plenty of room! The only thing I’m missing is a quick-opening tab, but honestly if someone really needs it, you can always sew one on.

Finally, a first aid kit I've been looking for. After the too-small M-tac Elite Small and Helikon Modular Individual Med Kit, a full personal set for the shooting range fits inside. Very good workmanship, appropriate compartments and straps for internal organization, perfect in size.
