It's a pouch like any other, needed because I don't like attaching the tourniquet with loops. The velcro holds well; there is no problem pulling out the tourniquet. I think it's worth it, it's not overly expensive.

The pouch is very well made from strong material, the tourniquet fits without issue and the pouch holds it very securely, plus the molle strap is strong. I recommend it.

The quality of workmanship is good, but I think someone didn’t think this through: the CAT tourniquet in its standard folded state barely fits, so that the Velcro strips connect only over a few millimeters, which is a bit too little. The Velcro should be sewn in a different spot or the tourniquet should be folded differently than standard (unless mine is exceptionally long).

Decent pouch, the CAT7 tourniquet fits perfectly. Easy to install in the MOLLE system—in my case, on a medical vest. Everything is as it should be.

The CAT fits very well in it. Thanks to the fact that the material is flexible, you can quickly and conveniently draw the tourniquet from the pouch. Also positive is the quality of the molle attachment.

For me, great quality and price. Fits the tourniquet perfectly. You might need to press it a bit to fasten the Velcro well, but it's not a problem. Actually better, because there's no slack. The molle attachment is solid, new straps. Works even for a wider belt, you don't need molle. A big plus is the availability of different colors. I recommend it.

The product itself is ok, but the rolled up CAT 7 doesn't fit. The molle attachment doesn't work on a narrow 45mm belt. As for the quality, there is nothing to complain about.
