Good quality and solid workmanship at a reasonable price. It easily fits Gen 7 tourniquets and fully covers them, so it should effectively protect them from mud and dust. The Multicam pattern matches well with my MTP camouflage on my Virtus body armor. A practical feature is the ability to change the red cross, the first aid marking, to black by flipping the plastic insert. Access is convenient and fast — you can quickly tear open the cover to get to the tourniquet. I would buy it again.

Camouflage MultiCam
MultiCam represents an advanced camouflage pattern introduced in 2002 by the American manufacturer Crye Precision, in partnership with the U.S. Army Soldier Systems Center (Natick Labs) as part of the Objective Force Warrior initiative. Developed to deliver a versatile camouflage solution effective across diverse terrains and under shifting environmental conditions, the MultiCam pattern employs seven distinct hues. These colors create seamless gradients transitioning between greens, browns, and beiges, enabling the pattern to shift its appearance—presenting green tones in wooded landscapes and displaying browns and beiges in arid, desert-like areas. This adaptability proves especially useful in Central and Eastern Europe during autumn and in locales with dry vegetation. MultiCam has achieved global acclaim and is utilized by various armed forces and specialized units around the world. In 2010, the U.S. Army officially selected MultiCam as the standard camouflage for troops in Afghanistan, superseding the earlier Universal Camouflage Pattern (UCP). Civilian availability has also contributed to its broad popularity among military hobbyists and airsoft enthusiasts.

Very well-made pouch. The MOLLE PALS system fits perfectly. You can place a CAT Gen 7 tourniquet in the pouch and it fits perfectly. 100% trust in Militaria PL. I recommend it.

Great pouch. The price is a bit high, but other than that I have no complaints. It's light and made from good material. The tourniquet fits without any problem, and thanks to the fastening it's protected from dirt and dust. Nice minimalist design, and there's still a bit of space left when you put the tourniquet in.
