CAT7 goes in like butter. The hook and loop closure is perfect, there's no way the tourniquet will fall out, and just a slight pull gives you access to it. Attached under the vest; interestingly, I couldn't manage to attach it to the mustang belt + warhowk because the hook and loop is reversed – I'd have to attach it to the belt with the tourniquet towards the body.
