The pouch fulfills its function, big plus for the 'lock' in the form of a strap on one side and velcro on the other - this ensures that the tourniquet does not slip out while rolling on the ground. The velcro attachment fits perfectly between the belts (soft and hard) and does not take up space on the belt (MOLLE). The elastic part holding the tourniquet is quite tight and the element holding the windlass with the application time label does not fit in it, but this does not interfere with anything at all.
Medical pouch crafted for easy transport of a tactical tourniquet—compatible with CAT-type hemostatic tourniquets. Constructed from highly durable and tear-resistant 500D Cordura fabric.
A wide elastic strap provides secure mounting for the tourniquet. The Texcel hook-and-loop closure system keeps the tourniquet safely in place and allows for rapid access. An additional smaller compartment is provided for carrying a marker beside the main pocket.
Attachment is achieved via a double-sided velcro (hook-and-loop) panel, enabling secure installation on the front panel edge of a tactical vest. This method keeps the tourniquet easily accessible at all times without taking up valuable MOLLE or other mounting areas on the vest.

Camouflage MultiCam
MultiCam represents an advanced camouflage design, engineered in 2002 by the American company Crye Precision in collaboration with the United States Army Soldier Systems Center (Natick Labs) as part of the Objective Force Warrior initiative. Developed to deliver a highly adaptable concealment solution, its purpose was to function effectively across diverse terrains and under various environmental conditions. Incorporating a total of seven distinct colors, the MultiCam pattern blends seamless gradients between green, brown, and beige hues. Such transitions allow the pattern to blend dynamically with its surroundings, taking on green tones in wooded areas or shifting to browns and beiges in arid, desert-like landscapes—proving particularly efficient within Central and Eastern European environments during autumn and among withered vegetation. MultiCam has achieved global acclaim, seeing adoption by multiple armed forces and specialized units around the world. In 2010, the US Army formally selected MultiCam as the standard camouflage for personnel deployed in Afghanistan, succeeding the previous Universal Camouflage Pattern (UCP). The design is also available to civilian customers, making it a favored option for military enthusiasts and airsoft players alike.

I have been using this pouch for several months and I am very satisfied with the purchase. The Velcro holds securely even during intensive use in the field, and access to the tourniquet, if needed, is really quick. The craftsmanship is of a high standard, the seams are solid and nothing suggests that anything will fall apart after the season. The multicam pattern looks aesthetically pleasing and goes well with the rest of the gear. I recommend it :)

Very nice pouch, well made, does not tear and does not snag on anything. The tourniquet inside stays really secure and there is no fear that it will fall out or get stuck. A truly recommendable product.

The pouch does its job without complaints. Taking out the tourniquet is quick and convenient; nothing blocks or makes access difficult. The material looks sturdy, doesn’t fray, and withstands regular use well. The Velcro attachment to the belt holds securely; nothing loosens or shifts.

The pouch is attached to the belt. The CAT gen.7 tourniquet fits without any problem and holds well—there's no way it could fall out on its own. Removing the tourniquet is easy. Quality is okay, nothing is coming apart, everything works :) I highly recommend it for this price.

Very good quality at this price. Cordura, good stitching, strong Velcro. A very useful accessory, it can be used with a belt, vest, or attached to other gear elements.

I am very satisfied with the pouch; I attached it to a tactical belt at the front right. The CAT7 tactical tourniquet fits, although it sticks out a bit, which is actually a good thing and will be appreciated in a crisis if you need to grab it quickly.
-
In my case, the pouch closed 'just barely.' Still, it's a very good product with extra space for a pen or chemlight, though it's a pity that the pouch can only be opened from one side.
-
Cool pouch, very solidly sewn. Plus for the large Velcro, which can be attached to a vest or, as in my case, to the first aid kit I keep in my car.
-
Pouch loaders with Velcro strap, in my opinion, are currently the best solution for storing it, because they save space and the equipment is always within reach of you and your teammate. Of course, you need to optimize the priorities on the belt and vest according to your own needs.

Pouch bought as a supplement for an RM vest. Everything holds well with Velcro, the tourniquet pocket is not too tight, although the entire tourniquet (CAT7) doesn’t fit inside. It sticks out a bit (blocking element with Velcro for the windlass), but stays in place with the top fastener. The elastic for the marker is a bit tight but may stretch over time. I recommend it.

The pouch for the band fits all different bands, not just the Generation 3 band as described. The pouch has a very, very strong Velcro that's difficult to undo, so it definitely won't come undone by itself. The camouflage is original contract multicam, so I rate it five stars.
