Very nice rail. It allows you to attach additional equipment to an AR - on M-Lok. It's not steel, but it tightens easily and works well. The set includes screws for tightening M-Lok.

Plastic, but very good quality. Plastic has its advantages over aluminum, but also drawbacks. For me, it's more than sufficient for mounting a bipod. Installation is trouble-free. I recommend it!
