A rip-away first aid kit in MAPA camouflage, made of 560 Cordura. Equipped with laser-cut MOLLE mounting system, which allows you to attach the first aid kit to your belt, backpack or tactical vest.

The first aid kit is opened with a convenient two-way YKK zipper. The whole thing can be further secured with a snap buckle strap. Inside, there are two pockets and elastic straps, allowing for organized and stable seating of the contents in the first aid kit.

A small velcro panel with a cross has been placed on the front.

The MAPA camouflage pattern was designed by Maciej Dojlitko, a graduate and currently a researcher at the Faculty of Architecture and Design of the Academy of Fine Arts in Gdansk, author of, among other publications, Theory of Deconstruction of Visual Communication. Tools for designing military camouflage (Gdańsk 2015). The innovative design, supported by convincing theoretical and experimental arguments, including computer analysis of thousands of photographs of the terrain, attracted the attention of specialists and military clothing manufacturers. In 2017, the MAPA camouflage made its debut at the International Defense Industry Exhibition in Kielce as a camouflage pattern for the Dromader system of accouterment and uniforms by Maskpol, which is part of the Polish Armaments Group. The system was created for soldiers of the Territorial Defense Army, but the MAPA camouflage itself was also considered as a perspective pattern for the entire Polish Armed Forces, where it could replace camouflage wz.93. Unfortunately, the MAPA camouflage has not been implemented as an official camouflage pattern of the Polish Army to date.

Main features of MAPA camouflage in the basic forest variant:
- 6 colors forming layers resembling levels on a map,
- colors optimized for operations in the forests of Central Europe,
- use of the illusion of three-dimensionality and anamorphosis effect,
- biomorphic shapes making the design similar to vegetation,
- strongly contrasting elements imitating flashes of light and shadows,
- deformation of the masked silhouette using macro pattern,
- color noise reproduced by means of a micro pattern.

The MAPA pattern is an interesting alternative to the best contemporary camouflage patterns such as PenCott, MultiCam, Kryptek, Flecktarn or Finnish M/05. In some respects it is more advanced than them, and better reproduces the colors found in Central European forests in the period from later spring to early autumn.

The first aid kit is very well made. It has a large zipper, which makes it easy to close an overstuffed kit. The inside could be organized a bit better, but all the contents fit inside without a problem.

First aid kit - interesting MAPA camo. Solid material. Well made. It could be better organized inside. The space offers a lot more possibilities for configuration. However, the design of the internal elements significantly limits these possibilities. Above all, the equipment bands are all the same size. No attachment for scissors. Overall positive. Some elements to be improved. Nobody is perfect. But there's always room for improvement ;)

The first aid kit is surprisingly spacious and very well made. I have been using it for over two years and absolutely nothing has happened to it. The panel can be attached both to a backpack and to a belt. It would be nice if you could buy an additional mounting panel.

Very well made tear-off first aid kit. I've been using it on my tactical belt for a while and I'm very happy with the purchase. The kit is durable and roomy. The MAPA camouflage looks much better in real life than in the pictures. I recommend it.

Very nice first aid kit. Inside, the arrangement of compartments is very practical. An interesting element is the cover for the red cross symbol, which is very helpful in situations where better concealment is needed.

Material, stitching, and camo with no complaints. Two big downsides and two small ones: - Molle mounting only in a vertical arrangement along the longer dimension - No molle loops for attaching a tourniquet pouch, the tourniquet itself, scissors, or a pouch for nitrile gloves - Uniform width elastic loops, narrower and wider ones would be a better solution for things like tweezers or a mirror - No handle to tear off the kit from the other side Instead of a buckle, Velcro and a paracord braid would be better, faster, and more convenient to use with gloves

The first aid kit has many pros, but also one big con. The downside is the not fully thought-out mounting system—it is supposed to fit a little bit of everything. Personally, I don't like it. The bands for the equipment are all the same size. It's a bit pointless. Pros—a really durable construction, indestructible material, clever way of "hiding" the red cross with a Velcro cover, a decent zipper, good size and capacity. The Velcro mounting system for the vest is the only mounting plus.

If it were just a bit bigger! - But it’s still awesome!!
