The gloves look aesthetically pleasing and work well in spring and autumn. For harsher frosts, they are probably not sufficient, although it is possible that they could serve as an inner layer. The anti-slip elements are useful, but it would be worth placing them on other fingers as well, not only on the thumb and index finger. For example, while driving a car, this feels a bit unusual, because part of the grip is secure, while some fingers slip on the steering wheel.

I recommend these gloves. Don’t assume they are gloves for severe frost. They are good for manual tasks, comfortable, and well-fitted. Fine for hiking or other activities; they are not exceptionally warm, which is clear from the thinner material. They protect your hands from direct contact with weather conditions.

As a big enthusiast of Mechanix products, I can say that these gloves met my expectations. They work well on cooler days, especially in autumn, providing adequate thermal comfort. At the same time, they are slim enough not to limit finger dexterity. Additionally, the gripping surface on the inside of the palm improves control and precision of movement.

Very good gloves for cold weather. They provide freedom of movement and allow for "precise" handling, while your hands do not become numb or cold. They are noticeably warmer than the "summer" versions.

The gloves are very comfortable and well made. The seams do not dig into the fingers, as sometimes happens with others. They are a little longer than standard, so the wrists are not as exposed.

Very comfortable gloves. They are warm and nothing slips in your hands. An advantage is something I miss in other Mechanix models, namely a large amount of material behind the wrist.

The gloves are very comfortable and provide excellent feel – for handling a weapon or precise tasks, they are brilliant. Unfortunately, they are completely unsuitable for camp work. The material is very delicate and during simple tasks like boiling water or adjusting wood in a campfire, they quickly got burned through. If you're looking for shooting gloves for cool days, they'll be great, but for bushcraft and field cooking I definitely do not recommend them – they are far too fragile for that.

I bought them as an alternative to the previously purchased Helikon-Tex Tracker Outback. The main drawback of those from Helikon is that they slip on everything – which is especially annoying when driving a car. Here, with the Mechanix gloves, they've solved the problem completely. The gloves absolutely stick to everything. I’d even say they stick a bit too much—I’ve tested them in the car and while walking my dogs. They stick so much that you can’t slide your hand along the steering wheel or a nylon leash. You have to intentionally lift your hand to change its position. This could be a bit uncomfortable, but you can get used to it. However, it’s definitely a safer solution than the Helikon gloves. You can use a smartphone and touchscreens with them. They work great paired with another set of gloves for extreme cold. I’d recommend mixing up the sizing—so for example, I wear XL Mechanix underneath and put any other Mechanix cold work glove in XXL on top for a comfortable fit. The result—amazing—even in temps below -20°C, I felt no cold in my hands during an hour-long walk, and I still had good gripping ability and dexterity. So, overall—I highly recommend this model!

I use these gloves for wildlife photography. They are flexible and thin enough that the camera (even small buttons) is very easy to operate while wearing them. Similarly, the touchscreen works perfectly – everything functions as it should. The anti-slip inserts on the inside are definitely a plus as well. However, at lower temperatures they are quite cold, so I recommend either something thicker or additional hand warmers (I haven’t tried them myself). It’s a pity that the part covering the wrist isn’t a bit longer. I have really small hands, and yet the XS size was too tight for me – I exchanged them for size S and it’s perfect. It’s worth bearing this in mind when choosing the size.
