DPM (Disruptive Pattern Material) stands as an iconic British military camouflage with origins tracing back to World War II, with its standardized version introduced in the 1960s. Despite its longstanding history, DPM continued to serve as the standard camouflage of the British Armed Forces until 2016 and still sees use among certain units and cadet organizations. Marked by extensive, irregular shapes in green, brown, beige, and black hues, this camouflage effectively breaks up the human outline and offers excellent concealment in temperate woodland and forest environments, especially during spring and summer months.
