The plastic smell lingers for a long time. It's good for washing up, but best done outside since you can easily end up with puddles in the tent. In outdoor conditions, it’s perfect.

A functional alternative to a similar ultra-light bowl from Sea to Summit, but at a better price! Unfortunately, it smells like oilcloth, but just like the Sea to Summit one, it’s hard to repack into its pouch.
