The mug is great, exactly what I wanted. A long time ago I bought a similar one at Tchibo and have not seen one like it since. This one is more visually appealing because it has a shiny exterior. I bought two at once and they're perfect. The mug keeps the temperature for a very long time, making it ideal for teas and herbs that need longer brewing, and the drinks stay very hot. It's handy and comfortable; I use it every day and enjoy drinking my tea hot all the time.

The mug is first class. It keeps the heat and doesn't burn your hands, which is the most important thing. As for the capacity, according to preference, it is sufficient. I recommend it!
