In my opinion, this is a poor tourniquet pouch because of the inner elastics, which I think are too long (they could be half as short), causing the CAT7 tourniquet placed inside to have a lot of slack. Overall, as a whole, it is solidly made. In mine, I will shorten the elastics so that the pouch compresses the tourniquet more.

This pouch is a useful and at the same time uncomplicated solution for placing rescue scissors in a pouch on a tactical tourniquet. A simple idea that does not complicate the design of the pouch, does not enlarge it, and does not increase its cost. The materials and workmanship are at a good level. I recommend the product and the Militaria.pl store.

The pouch is well made, maybe a little too small but you can fit a tourniquet (Tactical CAT gen.7 tourniquet - black). Regular rescue scissors fit, Leatherman Raptor Rescue does not fit, they are too big.

A very cool gadget, makes things a lot easier, waiting for the olive version ;) It’s worth remembering that the Leatherman 'medical' fits basically only in the 'open' position. Not the cheapest, but if you need a convenient way to carry a tourniquet and the scissors mentioned – it's really worth it.

Very well-made, strong and durable construction. It easily fits the staze and scissors at the back. Once attached, the whole thing forms a solid monolith. Everything is packed tightly. And the MOLLE system, whoever invented it should at least get a Nobel Prize. The material is more than durable enough.
