First aid kit bought for home – after purchasing the front-mounted MOLLE pocket, it holds supplies for dressing wounds as well as medications kept at home. Convenient and quick to use, made satisfactorily.
Tactical rip-away first aid kit crafted from rugged, damage-resistant polyester. Featuring a quick-release pouch system for rapid response in emergencies, the kit mounts onto a panel using heavy-duty velcro, secured further with a fastex buckle strap and a velcro-closed flap.
The kit utilizes a dual-direction zipper that ends in oversized pulls equipped with plastic grips, allowing easy handling even with gloved hands. Inside the primary compartment, there are multiple dividers, elastic bands, and a dedicated zippered mesh pocket for organized storage.
A velcro area bearing a medical insignia is positioned on the front, along with PALS webbing for attaching extra accessories via the MOLLE system. Additional PALS webbing with snap fasteners on the backside enables secure attachment to belts, tactical vests, or backpacks.
Transport is facilitated by a robust carrying handle and a detachable, adjustable shoulder strap featuring plastic carabiners attached to two D-rings. A red pull-away strap on the handle ensures the kit can be quickly located in critical moments.
No contents are included with the first aid kit.

Excellent, sturdy, and spacious first aid kit. I managed to fit everything I always want to have with me—whether at the shooting range, in the woods, or in the mountains. The material is quite solid, well-sewn, and the zippers work smoothly. I recommend it.

Similar to its smaller sister/brother pouch, it serves the purpose well. The purpose for me is to have a TAK on the "Oh Shit" kit in storage. Clips on the MOLLE are strong to keep the velcro panel, although I have not tested with a full pouch (waiting on supplies)

Excellent, sturdy, and spacious first aid kit. I managed to fit everything I wanted to always have with me – whether at the shooting range, in the forest, or in the mountains. The material is quite sturdy, very well sewn, and the zippers work smoothly. I recommend it.

Solid, big thing. I finally found a first aid kit that fits more than just a few bandages! It can fit the Vera brand kit, which is sold separately by Militaria for 99 PLN. Besides that, there was also room for a tourniquet and a few other extras. Inside, there are many practical compartments and holders for accessories. There is also a detachable strap that serves as a handbag. For me, the number of fastenings is a bit over the top, but it does guarantee that the kit, even if overfilled, will never open on its own.

I needed a first aid kit for the car, but I was also looking for the option to attach it to a MOLLE backpack. I expanded it with additional front pockets, making it a very roomy and well-organized solution. The Velcro on the back holds it perfectly on the side wall of the car trunk. I recommend it.

Very good first aid kit. The inside is well thought out, and MOLLE compatibility allows for increased capacity by externalizing certain items like scissors or tourniquets. It will work not only as a first aid kit but also as a toiletry bag. The ability to quickly detach it from main luggage is surprisingly useful, especially when traveling by plane.
-
A large and well-made first aid kit. It can be carried as a standalone bag or attached to another item with the Molle system – the entire module is on Velcro, so you can always detach the first aid kit in an emergency without having to undo the Molle straps. The only thing I don't like is the buckle with a strap that's permanently attached. I can't see any use for it.
-
Well-made first aid kit with a lot of space inside (the elastic bands and pockets help with organization), ideal for a medium-sized first aid set. It fits a vera kit and basic medications.
-
Great first aid kit if you need something bigger. I was able to fit all the necessary items and there was still some space left. A big plus is definitely the number of pockets and attachments inside, which keeps everything in place and nothing rattles around.

A well-thought-out, spacious first aid kit. In my case, it was purchased as a supplement for an evacuation backpack. The pockets allow you to carry various sizes of gauze compresses without worrying that they will spill out when the kit is opened. The elastic organizers allow for easy placement of bandages, and the zippered pocket secures other necessary small items.

Very good first aid kit, fulfills its function. Spacious, well made, many well-thought-out compartments, I highly recommend it to everyone. The MOLE system allows you to attach it to a backpack. The kit is mounted on Velcro so it can be easily detached without the need to disassemble everything.

A very nice first aid kit, I'm surprised no one has reviewed it yet. Sure, it's big, but if you want to take more than just a plaster and some paracetamol with you, it's perfect. Above all, it's well made, with lots of pockets and elastic bands inside for your things and different ways to carry it, e.g.: on your belt, over your shoulder, or in a backpack (Velcro or Molle), and the color is great! I RECOMMEND it.
