A good, technical shirt, quite comfortable. The sizing runs a bit large. However, this is not a problem if you treat it as a base layer. Overall, I recommend it.
Level I thermoactive long sleeve shirt intended for direct contact with the skin, forming the initial layer of the U.S. Army’s Generation III Extended Cold Weather Clothing System (GEN III ECWCS).
Constructed from fast-drying polyester fabric with a mesh design, this shirt efficiently moves moisture away from the body and expands the evaporation area. Superior for retaining thermal comfort on colder days.
Sleeve cuffs feature thumb holes, securing them in place during movement, shielding hands from wind and cold, and aiding in wearing multiple layers. The relaxed fit ensures unrestricted mobility.

First, I should mention that I’m a big guy—over 130 kg—and the 3XL fits loosely and comfortably. I use it as a base layer. The fabric is pleasant to the touch and breathes well, even during increased activity. The shirt has an interesting feature—a thumb hole in the sleeve. It may seem like a minor detail, but it makes dressing much easier and prevents the sleeves from rolling up when putting on more layers. I was pleasantly surprised, but even after removing my thumb, the sleeve stays in place and doesn’t ride up under other layers. I recommend it and will buy a few more myself.

As many before me have noticed, the size does not really match reality. I have a shirt for a man 215 (cm?) with a height of 197. And those thumb holes... a disaster. After walking about 20 kilometers I could feel myself sweating. Warm... maybe yes, but at that moment I felt like I was wrapped in stretch film.

Hello, the sleeves are too short. The shirt has some good qualities. But the size is a disaster; it might fit a person with a height of 170 cm. For taller people, you need to take XXL—the sleeves fit, but the shirt hangs like a sack. For size L for a person who is 188 cm tall, the sleeves reach the wrist, and not to mention the thumb hole is very high.

An excellent thing. It fulfils its task perfectly (tested in "action"). I’m waiting to see if a darker color will become available again, and then I’ll buy it without hesitation.

Light, technical shirt. Definitely runs large; XL is really XXL, so keep that in mind. Perfect as a first clothing layer. Overall, I recommend it.

Very good shirt as a first layer, after 50 km of hiking it still felt fresh. It wicks moisture very well and keeps warmth at low temperatures. I confirm the sizing runs large.

An interesting protection against the cold, although I bought it too big, it serves its purpose. I also like the color, and I will definitely buy a few more, of course in a smaller size. I recommend it.

Since purchasing a few months ago, I have been using it on colder winter days. Comfortable, fits well, you basically don't feel it on you. As a first layer, it's definitely suitable, transfers moisture well. I recommend it.

The T-shirt is nice, made of pleasant material, and most importantly, it copes well with cooler temperatures. Size L is fine for 195 cm height and about 100 kg weight—it's a bit short, but I wanted a more fitted shirt than a loose one, so I chose this size.

Pleasant, non-chafing material. You can hardly feel the shirt under thicker clothing. It wicks moisture well and dries quickly. Really a very good purchase for the price.

The sizing runs large, I confirm what others have said. As for the thumbholes... I wonder why the cutout for the thumb is rotated by 180 degrees :) and actually fits the little finger rather than the thumb – that's the only downside. Maybe I just couldn't keep up with evolution ;) This results from the seam placement; unfortunately, using it requires twisting the sleeve (which shortens it), and that's already uncomfortable.

The shirt is very comfortable and pleasant to use. Suitable for both daily use and travel. The color in the photo matches reality. Highly recommended.

The sizing is indeed large – I usually wear M for most clothes (including thermal), but here I had plenty of room, even in the chest, where it's usually tight. The M was very loose on me. S fits closer to the body, without wrinkling, but is not tight. The thumbholes, even with my short arms, are not very comfortable – you can feel the sleeve being pulled – it could be slightly longer.

The MFH US Level I GEN III thermal shirt in black is a reliable base layer for cooler days. Made of breathable material, it wicks moisture excellently and provides thermal comfort during outdoor activities. Lightweight and comfortable—ideal for training and being outdoors. I recommend it to every outdoor enthusiast!
