I've been using it for the second year now. It survived training grounds, borders... Often packed to the max, thrown in the grass, sometimes with even more gear attached... After two years, you can see it’s been through a lot. But it holds up. It hasn't let me down. For this price, there’s no need to hesitate. If it breaks, I’ll order the same one again. I consider the multi-color design a plus because you can organize everything. Big plus for the inner pockets, too. And another great thing... there's a pocket on the back for a folder with documents. I definitely recommend it.
Mil-Tec Assault Pack Laser Cut Large 36 l Backpack - Phantomleaf WASP I Z3A
Tactical backpack with a 36-liter capacity, crafted from tear-resistant polyester and internally reinforced with a PVC coating for superior moisture protection. Ideal for tactical, survival, and daily use.
For attaching extra pouches, the pack features the innovative Laser-Cut-Loop-System instead of conventional sewn-on PALS webbing—laminated polyester with laser-cut openings compatible with the MOLLE/PALS standard.
Two compartments, pocket for hydration system
To accommodate essential gear, the pack features 2 spacious compartments secured with two-way zippers. These zippers include pull tabs for effortless use, even when wearing gloves. The compartments open widely, allowing easy access to gear and efficient loading. Inside, internal dividers provide organized storage, ensuring optimal arrangement of equipment.
2 front pockets are available for storing additional accessories. The upper pocket is equipped with a Velcro panel, perfect for mounting patches and emblems. The larger lower pocket offers an integrated organizer ideal for smaller essentials. On the back, a concealed pocket secured by Velcro provides space for a hydration system or for stowing valuable items.
Comfortable carrying system with detachable waist belt
The rear panel features soft, ergonomically shaped EVA foam padding covered with a breathable, high-comfort mesh fabric. Wide, 5 cm adjustable suspenders offer superior comfort and are fitted with vertical mounting straps, a D-ring on each for attaching extra gear, and a removable hip belt. Compression straps with buckles on the sides and the bottom of the pack allow for efficient packing and load management.
Slim, elongated pockets are integrated on each side beneath the cut-out mounts. A robust transport handle is positioned at the top of the backpack.

Utilizing sophisticated digital image analysis of the intended environment, PHANTOMLEAF® camouflage designs are engineered for optimal concealment adapted to the specific terrain. The pattern creation algorithm incorporates movement and various environmental factors, ensuring superior adaptability across diverse operational settings. Moreover, PHANTOMLEAF® camouflage provides a unique visual signature, allowing for efficient “friend or foe” recognition among allied personnel during both active combat missions and airsoft engagements.
The WASP I Z3A variant excels across environments with abundant green vegetation, including both deciduous and coniferous forests as well as tropical jungles. Laser-Cut-Loop-System is a system of laser-cut holes and loops directly on materials used in tactical accessories, hiking gear or clothing. It increases the modularity and customizability of equipment, and allows for simple and stable attachment of additional equipment and accessories (e.g. in the MOLLE system), without the need for additional fasteners.

I bought the gray color as a younger brother for the 65-liter model. Really cool – the layout of the pockets is absolutely brilliant. The color is just like in the picture – a very elegant gray – I mention the color because someone in the comments pointed it out. I recommend it as an everyday or daypack.
-
Surprisingly fast delivery – the package shipped on Saturday afternoon and arrived on Sunday morning. The backpack is very solid and matches the description. I am very satisfied with its use. I recommend it to anyone looking for a strong, spacious, and durable backpack at a good price.
-
Very spacious and well-made backpack, everything fits in it. It has a front closure and the size can be adjusted with straps. There are lots of pockets inside and outside. I recommend it.
-
The backpack is solid and functional, with plenty of pockets for organizing gear. The durable material protects well against moisture and abrasion. It’s comfortable to wear even when fully loaded.
-
I have been using this backpack for three years, it's indestructible 👍😅 I recommend it 100% - at this price, there is probably nothing better, it's durable and spacious. If this one ever wears out, I will definitely buy another one from Mil Tec 👍

Give me a break, for this price (without promotion) and for such a brand and purpose, this backpack should at least be waterproof, but it's not. The seams are of the same quality as those from Temu, maybe even identical. Nowadays you never know if everything isn't made in China. The backpack should expand a bit to the sides, not to the back like a teenager's schoolbag. Overall, I won't buy it again, it's overrated, as functional as any other school backpack, but the advertising and description make it seem like it's for something special. What's the point that you can expand it if it's poorly designed from the start; you just make it bigger in the back. Nonsense. Of course, it does have some advantages, but for all the praise and advertising, it should be better designed, like many similar military backpacks.
-
Very spacious and well-designed backpack. The Laser Cut system looks great and is durable. The hip belt relieves the back well, and the zippers work smoothly. I recommend it.
-
The backpack is solidly made and very spacious, but for me it is too bulky. You can fit a lot in it, but during use it sometimes pulled me backwards. I decided to buy another strictly trekking backpack, and in my case, this new one is better balanced. I can recommend this Mil-Tec backpack, but it's worth testing it with all the contents you plan to carry, because it may turn out that capacity isn't the only aspect you should pay attention to. Pros: - large capacity - possibility to attach other gear (molle/pals system) – for me that's several smaller items like a tactical tourniquet Cons: - (!!! in my case) a bit bulky and pulls backwards when fully loaded
-
When I received this backpack as a gift 3 years ago, I was pleasantly surprised. It is spacious and comfortable, but after long use, the zipper in the small pocket stopped working. Fortunately, it's a fixable defect, but I can't give it five stars.
-
I have already bought the second model, this time in the Polish wz.93 camo, and again I am satisfied with the quality of this backpack. Its huge capacity, durability, and comfort are of a high standard here.
-
Numerous functional pockets, an extensive MOLLE system, and internal compartments make organizing your gear easier, and the option to expand with additional attachments is a significant advantage. The backpack distributes weight well.
-
Perfect for everyday use and travel – a very comfortable choice. 36 liters allows you to pack clothes, equipment, and various small items. I appreciate the presence of numerous compartments and organizers, which keeps everything tidy. The material is solid, the zippers seem durable, and the backpack keeps its shape even when not full. The universal black color looks aesthetic. The only downside is the rather hard back, which can make carrying it for a long time less comfortable when heavily loaded.
-
The backpack is well made, with the option to add a considerable number of pockets and accessories. It compresses well, is spacious, and is comfortable to wear once adjusted.
-
The backpack is really sturdy and of good quality, and it's also great for various kinds of tourist activities. Very good for longer routes and trips – overall, an excellent backpack. I recommend it, thank you.
