The hammock is a bit large because of the pegs—about 30-40 cm, so it takes up some space, but not too much. If you really want, you can carry it in your hand and hang it by the lake or in the forest to relax in nature. The included pegs make lounging much easier. I also have a mini version without these pegs, and you have to wriggle around a bit with that one :D, but that's not the case here.
