A great basic set for creating your own first aid kit. Mil-tec offers various elements here that deserve to be called a solid first aid kit... Now it’s up to you to decide how to supplement it, adjusting its contents to your needs...

A good set for a large first aid kit. Of course, it's not 100% complete, but it depends on what you need. For my peace of mind, I additionally bought cooling dressings, a resuscitation mask, blister plasters, wound closure strips, disinfectant spray, and a tactical tourniquet. However, the number of plasters, bandages, dressings, and triangular bandages in this set is sufficient, plus the scissors are of good quality.

It's very nice that there is at least one ready-made insert set for first aid kits available. It doesn't fully fit in the Helikon Modular Med Kit A-TACS first aid kit; there are so many different gadgets :-)

The medical kit contains basic items.

The first aid kit, or rather the insert, matches the description, lots of items. I recommend it. A must for hiking.

A good basic set, it's worth buying something extra on your own depending on what you need it for.
