Mil-Tec M65 Jacket with detachable liner - Woodland
Military jacket in Woodland camouflage with detachable liner. Modeled on the legendary M65 model used by the American army since the Vietnam War. The M65 jacket is a true legend - practical, comfortable, spacious, strong. It has a huge fan base around the world. An interesting fact is that it has been used in films and TV series multiple times, worn by characters portrayed by actors such as Sylvester Stallone in "Rambo", Robert De Niro in "Taxi Driver" and Bronisław Cieślak in "07 zgłoś się".
Durable and strong material, detachable insulating liner
The jacket is made from a blend of cotton and polyester. The outer layer is a durable fabric consisting of 65% polyester and 35% cotton. In contrast, the lining is fully made of cotton. The advantage of this model is also the Thermo Liner filled with polyester insulation with a grammage of 170 g/m2. The liner is detachable, so the jacket can be used all year round.
4 practical pockets
This model features four spacious pockets closed with snaps:
- two at the waist
- two at chest height
Windproof strip, adjustable cuffs, and high collar
The main fastening is a sturdy zipper. It is covered by a flap with snaps protecting against wind entering under the jacket. The jacket is also secured by a drawstring sewn into the waist and bottom. The cuffs are fastened with Velcro straps, allowing for size adjustment and fit to the user's wrist thickness. The jacket also has a high collar with a hidden hood. Epaulets are added on the shoulders.

Woodland Camouflage
Woodland, also known as U.S. Woodland or M81, is a classic camouflage pattern introduced to the US Armed Forces in the early 1980s, based on the earlier ERDL camouflage. For over two decades, it remained the standard pattern used by the US military until the end of the first decade of the 21st century. It is characterized by large, irregular patches in shades of green, brown, beige, and black, which provide good camouflage and deformation properties, especially in wooded areas. Thanks to its effectiveness and global recognition, it has spawned numerous variations that have found their way into over 60 uniform formations around the world. The pattern has also had a huge impact on popular culture, shifting from military applications to everyday fashion.

The store, as always, is excellent! Super express shipping! I've never been disappointed here. As for the M65 from Mil-Tec, I'm very, very disappointed! The quality of the stitching and overall workmanship is a disaster! Total junk! I have thicker and stronger threads in my regular pajamas! Honestly, it's not even suitable for fishing, let alone wearing it on the street. I have ones from Alpha Ind., Helikon, and this one doesn't even come close to them, not even 10%. But there is one small plus, the color! It's something between Alpha and Helikon. Overall, I do not recommend it.

The jacket is worth its price, but I decided to return it and order the M65 model from Helikon. I am 180 cm tall, weigh 65 kg, have long arms and a slim build, and size M fit me perfectly. Why only 4 stars? The epaulettes were sewn unevenly, one of them was shifted by about 5 mm – that bothered me. I also expected a more durable material; it seems to me that the Helikon model is sturdier. The color of the jacket was deeper than the standard black in the Brandit rip-stop version.

I am 171 cm tall and weigh 79–82 kg, size M fits perfectly. The sleeves can be adjusted. The length is appropriate, and the jacket is spacious, without insulation – in my opinion, it will be great for spring. You can also wear it in winter; you just need to dress warmer, e.g., with thermal underwear and a sweater. I especially recommend it with a Mil-Tec sweater. It protects the neck well so you don’t need to wear a buff. I haven’t tested it in the rain yet, but for wind and cold it works excellently. The quality of this M65 model is high compared to the mid-range. The zipper is a tractor type, but I use the buttons more often. With Mil-Tec, as always, the sizing is very precise.

Very warm with a liner, without it suitable as a transitional jacket. Tied at the ribs, which makes even a larger size keep its shape. Well-impregnated material repels water. Nice hood and comfortable, easily accessible pockets. Buttons are only for fastening the lining, the rest of the closures are snaps + a solid zipper. Mil-tec has quite well-thought-out designs for both flaps and jackets.

A warm, sturdy jacket. Very comfortable, nicely fitting the body and at the same time elegant. Very practical, especially for people working in services and appreciating comfort, thermal protection and anonymity.
-
A fairly versatile jacket, thanks to the detachable lining it can be worn practically most of the year except during the coldest winters. Good quality material.

The jacket matches the description. XL size fits perfectly, I am 193cm tall. The material is OK. First rain and everything just rolled off. The lining is a great feature. Now on cool evenings it keeps the warmth very well. I recommend it.

Great jacket at an affordable price. I tried several others before choosing the Mil-Tec olive. Originally, I wanted the Brandit Giant, which is hard to fault and makes a great impression thanks to the factory-faded effect, but the olive color is actually different from what is shown in the pictures, which I didn't really like. I think I'll buy one in the future, but in black because it looks great. Although the M65 Mil-tec contains polyester, the material is soft, pleasant to the touch, and has an olive shade that I like. The jacket with the liner seems very warm, and without the liner, it's naturally looser as intended. The drawstring waist is very useful. If it helps anyone choose a size, I picked L. I'm 177cm tall, 114cm chest, 85kg and it's just right.

The M65 Mil-tec size M corresponds to size L of the Brandit jacket. About 60cm under the arms. The Mil-Tec is made of a more solid material. It definitely has shorter and slightly narrower sleeves than the Brandit. It also seems to be more spacious at the front. And it's shorter than the Brandit. If you are about 1.7m tall and not slim, Mil-Tec will be more suitable for you. The sleeves don't hang like in the Brandit, the belly is well hidden and it's not excessively long.

I would describe this jacket as a cheap workhorse, it doesn't cost that much, it's comfortable and durable.

Great jacket!

For me, it's great, fits well, strong and comfortable. I recommend it. A classic.

Hello! Completely satisfied. The jacket is warm and comfortable. The lining can be removed for summer. I recommend it.

Very nice jacket, although it turned out to be too small for me according to the size chart, but it's so great that I didn't exchange it, I just left it for my son and will buy the same one in a bigger size for myself.
