I bought these gaiters mainly for trips into the field and they really do the job. They protect well against mud, snow, and water, thanks to which pants and shoes stay dry even in worse conditions. The material seems solid, nothing is coming apart, and the fastenings hold as they should. They fit nicely to the leg and don't slide down while walking. Putting them on is simple and quick. For this price – a very good and practical piece of equipment.
