Great first aid kit – it’s hard to find a better one for this price. I only replaced the tweezers and scissors. You can unfold it completely flat, so it's quick and easy to find everything inside. I really like the presence of two MOLLE straps and the bright red color, which makes the kit highly visible in a backpack, especially in emergencies. However, if you don't want to stand out, consider choosing the green version or another model, as the red one draws attention if you attach it on the outside.

Very well-equipped first aid kit, doesn't take up much space, I added a few things myself. It's also primarily lightweight. I put it in my backpack. I recommend it!

Unfortunately, it does not have a durable weave and tears easily. It's not very spacious and cannot hold larger dressings. The included set should be thrown out—only a few things are usable. The scissors are a joke, fine for airsoft, nowhere else.

Very nice first aid kit, light and with good equipment. The only thing missing in this set is a tourniquet. It is worth buying some Octenisept and putting it inside. I also recommend buying an additional tweezers, because the one included in the set makes it impossible to remove, for example, a tick :)

The first aid kit meets my expectations. Well equipped and well made. Thanks to the Molle system, it can be attached to a tactical belt, vest, or backpack. There is still room for additional equipment. I recommend it.

I know Mil-tec generally makes low-quality products, but this first aid kit is great. You get lots of bandages, plasters, etc. There is still some room left for, e.g., antiseptic spray, insect bite gel, and tablets. The only small downside is that it is big, but that's nothing compared to what you get. Awesome kit with lots of items, so you need to get familiar with what's inside.

The Mil-Tec MOLLE First Aid Kit Large in olive is my must-have for every trip and as part of my everyday survival set. I have it attached to my backpack thanks to the MOLLE system, so it's always at hand and at the same time doesn't take up space. Inside there's really a lot—bandages, plasters, gauze pads, scissors, tourniquets and even gloves. Everything is neatly organized in compartments so it's easy to find what I need even under pressure. I’ve already used it during a field training when a friend cut his finger—the kit worked perfectly and helped stop the bleeding quickly. Solid and durable, made of good quality material, and not afraid of weather conditions. It gives me peace of mind that even in tough situations, I have everything needed for first aid at hand. I seriously recommend it to anyone who values safety.
