I bought a lanyard for keys to attach a key to it and so far it has fulfilled its role. However, a few days ago the bottom part became loose or opened, because it is only attached by sliding it in. I pressed it again, but now I also move the clamp for extra security, because I have no guarantee how long it will last. Maybe it would be worth gluing it with a drop of glue.

Nothing is likely to fall off here on the first use. You can use it creatively for different purposes. I even have two in different colors, both have slightly crooked snap hooks which is a bit irritating for some people.
