Fairly long and well-braided cord. For more comfortable (shortened) wearing around the neck, you can use the adjuster, but then the emergency/easy-release composite clasp will not work. Additionally, this carabiner doesn't inspire confidence—it probably wouldn't withstand a solid tug (not that you'd do it on purpose, but if you snag on something, for example), but if you're determined, you can replace it yourself. Low cost and many wearing options. A choice for the lazy, since making something like this yourself only requires a few cheap elements and a bit of time. This is exactly what I was looking for ;)

Very good leash, but I recommend replacing the carabiner right after purchase with a better one, as the factory one breaks quickly and sometimes gets misaligned. Paracord is good quality.

Simple, but practical and durable leash with a good quality carabiner. Over 2.5 meters of paracord is just right for 2-3 day trips - for broken shoelaces, attaching luggage. I recommend it.
