I bought it once as a present (which turned out to be very successful), the hand warmer proved quite practical, so I bought one for myself. It works for several hours; I used Zippo fuel (it's a pity Militaria doesn't have it in their offer), there is a slight smell, but it's bearable. I highly recommend this product. It's worth buying a fuel container (I saw something like that from Zippo in Militaria's offer).

I bought it as a present and unfortunately there was a quality issue. The product had external damage and looked slightly used (I've attached photos). The manufacturer made a slip-up, Militaria didn't and replaced it with a new one, but it also had those brown stains. I guess that's the charm of it. Militaria, where's Zippo fuel? It would be worth adding it to the offer.

The ignition mechanism of this heater makes it unusable. You can't light it outdoors at -15°C, just when you really need it. You can do it comfortably indoors, right after adding fuel, holding it over a cigarette lighter for several seconds, but it doesn't work at all with three types of lighters (glow, flame, benzine) right when you need it (because, first, the fuel evaporates from the heater, second, the wind, third, the frost – all this also makes the lighter stop working). In my opinion, it's useless. I don't want to light it pointlessly at home when I need to warm my hands at dawn to leave the tent.

Mega catalytic heater from Mil-Tec. I did not expect such quality and that it would work so well. I haven't found anything better for this price, I think it's the best option available on the Polish market. I recommend it.

Unfortunately, I can only give 3 stars because the product smells terribly. The product is new and has color, so I assume the smell will disappear over time, but at the moment I cannot use it due to the intense odor. Other than that, it looks decent.

The price is not off-putting. The workmanship is flawless. It works and actually heats nicely. For those who are always cold, this gadget is a must-have. As a backup, I personally would probably choose a gel heater (even though it works much shorter) because it takes up less space in a backpack—you’d have to take a container with fuel for this one. I haven't checked yet how it steams if you store it 'charged.' I'll collect feedback from the recipient and maybe I'll get one for myself after some time.

Great thing if someone is planning a longer stay in uncomfortable temperatures. Ideal for a sleeping bag or under a jacket. Fits in your hand. Maintains a pleasant temperature. Be careful not to accidentally buy standard heaters. At first, the heater lasted about two hours, but after a few uses, the time extended to 6 hours. I turn it off by separating the heater from the rest of the device with a knife. I recommend it.

It works. Usage: Remove the catalyst, pour in the fuel, and put the catalyst back on. Before lighting, make sure the casing and the catalyst are dry. Ignite the catalyst with a lighter until it glows, about 10-15 seconds. After about half an hour, it's nicely warmed up. You can extinguish it by cutting off the air supply – I closed it in a jar for a few moments, and that worked.

Personally, I wasn't convinced about the effectiveness of such an invention and I still don't have much to say, as I only used the heater for testing, last winter. Overall impressions are positive. It provides pleasant warmth that heats your hands, and when placed in a chest pocket under a jacket, that area warms up so quickly that I had to unzip a bit to cool down. We don't have such freezing winters here, but who knows what's yet to come? And I assume that in an emergency, this item can help me survive in the cold for longer.

I did not find a practical use for this heater! If you just hold it in your hands it heats, but as soon as you put it in your pocket, sock, glove, or under your sweater, it either goes out or does not heat at all. There are many problems with the fuel and catalyst. The heater leaks fuel at the junction of the elements. It lasted at most 4 hours, without the cover! This thing isn’t for trekking or survival, at best you can take it fishing to warm your hands when you’re in the car and nothing bothers you. But that’s just my opinion.

I'm surprised how much heat this heater gives. Really, a few hours of warmth during winter activities outdoors is nice. You have to wait about 30-60 minutes after lighting for it to start working at full power.
