In my opinion, this simple Mil-Tec mug is a very practical piece of equipment for several reasons. It is made of stainless steel, so it is durable, sturdy, easy to keep clean, and can be heated directly over a fire — both on a camping stove and over a campfire. It weighs 93 g, so only slightly more than a packet of instant soup or noodles, which can be prepared directly inside it thanks to its 500 ml capacity. However, you need to be careful with the fixed handle, because it can be hot immediately after being taken off the fire and may cause burns. With these specifications and a price lower than €3.50, I think it is a very good choice for a backpack or camping kit.

The simplest possible metal mug. Cheap, indestructible. I’ve had it for a long time. I boiled water in it over a campfire and on a stove; more than once it was completely black with soot, but after wiping it down, it went back to normal.

The mug is solid, after long and repeated boiling of water in it the metal did not become pliable, and the mug did not get burned too much. For such a price, I think the product did the job.

The purchase was a bit random but successful. At this price, you won't regret getting it sooty over a fire. Cleans up quickly. Very good capacity. I recommend it as a cheaper alternative to much more expensive products. It lacks nothing, it works, it fulfils its purpose.

A classic steel mug with a handle, which has a very wide range of uses. I actually use it for trips, at work, for outings out of town, wherever possible thanks to its functionality. The mug is lightweight and roomy.
