Nikwax products have been working perfectly for me for years without any complaints – I use them for various purposes, both outdoor and motorcycle-related, and I have never had any issues. The key is simply to follow the manufacturer's instructions.

I have used it for years on 4F Softshell clothing and more. It worked brilliantly, the clothing maintained its durability and properties for a long time.

I recommend it. I use it regularly on Helikon softshells. It doesn't last as long as the factory impregnation, but it's no problem to repeat the impregnation process from time to time.

The impregnant does the job, you can see the effect on a Helikon Trooper that had long lost its DWR. I thought it would work a bit better and was a little disappointed, but I didn’t wash it in tech-wash as the manufacturer recommends, which might be why the effect was mediocre.
