I've had my Olight flashlight for a few months now and I'm very satisfied. I mounted it on my AR and it's been there for a few months with no issues at all. I have a feeling this flashlight will serve me for a very long time. I recommend it.
Olight Odin flashlight with mounting - 2000 lumens
Advanced tactical flashlight equipped with a high-efficiency LED diode and PMMA TIR optical system (lens/collimator), capable of producing up to 2000 lumens of light with an effective beam distance of up to 300 meters. An innovative removable Picatinny rail mount with mechanical locking provides a secure fit and prevents accidental detachment of the flashlight.
body in anodised aluminium, o-rings, ipx8 standard
Engineered for rugged performance, the sturdy housing features a non-slip texture and is crafted from A6061-T6 aircraft-grade aluminum, finished with a durable Type III anodization layer. An O-ring system provides superior sealing, guaranteeing IPX-8 waterproof protection (withstanding submersion up to 2 meters for 30 minutes). The head is safeguarded by a steel bezel with PVD coating. The LED is protected by a high-strength lens, built to resist both mechanical impacts and extreme temperature fluctuations.
operating modes, intelligent electronic systems
Modes of operation / runtime (using the supplied battery):
- 2000-1000-760-300 lumens / 2 min + 9 min + 125 min + 24 min
- 300 lumens / 8 h
An advanced electronic system manages power usage, allowing the flashlight to deliver stable brightness in the chosen mode until the battery is fully depleted. To avoid overheating at the maximum setting, the electronic system automatically lowers the current after 2 minutes, maintaining brightness at a steady 1000 lumens.
magnetic pressure switch with assembly
The set comes equipped with a magnetic remote pressure switch and mounting hardware. The magnetic connector features a locking mechanism to secure it in place, reducing the risk of accidental unplugging. With this switch, operating a flashlight attached to a firearm, airsoft replica, or paintball marker becomes seamless.
The pressure switch may be positioned in an optimal spot, such as along the foregrip or adjacent to the trigger of the firearm. Engaging the momentary mode activates the flashlight only while the button is held down, turning off upon release. A single rapid press enables the constant-on mode. The rear switch offers not only mode selection for the flashlight but also functions as the magnetic charging interface.
powerful battery, low-charge vibration
The Odin flashlight utilizes a 21700 battery, which can be conveniently recharged inside the device using the supplied Olight MCC3 2A USB magnetic charger. Engineered for consistent performance even in extreme temperatures, these batteries are resistant to self-discharge and offer a service life of up to 10 years. This reliability makes them perfectly suited for military, law enforcement, rescue missions, and survival scenarios. A low battery level is indicated through a vibration alert.
The manufacturer offers a 5-year warranty on the flashlight itself and a 1-year warranty on the battery.

Both the flashlight and the pressure switch are great. The flashlight provides strong light without glare in the optics, and the pressure switch neither cuts out nor disconnects by itself when locked. I take one star off for the flashlight mount, which is totally poor quality.
-
The flashlight is very well made, comes with a mount and a switch, which is also very easy to attach to the flashlight—a big plus. I would add to the switch itself the possibility to somehow attach it to the handguard through the rails.
-
I have mixed feelings about this flashlight - on the one hand, 2000 lumens, great mount, IPX8. On the other hand, some drawbacks that can't be ignored and are present in the 1500 lumen model: * no control of light power through the gel button * single-zone gel button - there is no constant or momentary switch, it all depends on how long you press — okay, a matter of taste * no strobe mode Also, I don't know how a commenter below managed to "in practice, you need some time to figure out how to adjust brightness via the gel button, then it's easy" because I've tried everything, and in the MANUFACTURER'S video included there's direct information that the gel button only operates in high mode.
-
The flashlight gives lots of well-focused light and is very well built. The rail mount is a bit limiting for free mounting on the handguard, so if you have a handguard with more M-LOK slots, it's better to take the model with such a mount as it's easier to fit it on the rifle.
-
The flashlight itself is great, shines strongly, and doesn't leave a halo in the optics that would make aiming difficult. Unfortunately, the mount itself is poor, because although it's practical, it didn't last even barely a week with me during field training. For me, it's 4/5 where I deduct one point only for the mount.
-
Really fantastic flashlight worth its price. Easy and convenient mounting, shines amazingly. I am very satisfied with the purchase and recommend it to everyone who loves good equipment. In this case, price equals quality.
-
As a flashlight for exercises, I definitely recommend it, if there is a power socket somewhere nearby. The build quality is solid, it shines well, and the mount is very durable. The only thing is that charging limits its use, but at this price, I recommend it.

I definitely recommend it as a flashlight for training, if there's a socket nearby. Solid construction, shines well, and mounting is very durable. The only downside is that charging limits the use, but for this price I recommend it.
-
So far, little used, easy and convenient mounting, shines great. The remote button is rather average, it's easy to press it accidentally and leave the flashlight on.
-
Very good equipment, tested many times in the field. Mounting on the weapon is simple and very good, the only thing missing is a strobe mode.
-
Mega powerful flashlight. Perfect mount for the railway on the rifle. Very ergonomically designed switching on and off.
-
Great flashlight, long range of white cold light and the included M-LOK mount is exactly what I was looking for. The only small drawback is the lack of strobe mode, but the light beam makes up for it.
-
Very good flashlight, strong, specifically with a very nice mount. I recommend it; super price-to-quality, very well made, solid.
-
Outstanding for this price. Works flawlessly. Nicely compressed and perfectly made.
