I have the previous version of this flashlight and this one has something that I really missed from the second version right from the start: red light adjustment. That's mainly why I ordered it. The button is also different; it gives a more pleasant and conscious feeling of clicking when operating the flashlight. It’s also very easy to feel even with gloves on. The Perun minis are great. I'm curious to see what they'll come up with in the next version.

I have very mixed feelings after the purchase. I have owned the flashlight for 2 weeks. I deliberated for a long time about buying and which version of the Olight Perun flashlight to choose. The design is great. Lighting options, white and red light, brightness is excellent. Comfortable to wear on the headband. Convenient to carry on the clip strap. But that's where the positives end and doubts begin for a product at this price. Right after buying, I charged the battery according to the instructions. After just over a week of occasional use, when the indicator was already red, it was time to recharge. When I connected the flashlight with the cable included in the purchase, it did not charge. After connecting it to a USB power strip, the charger's indicator lights up green, meaning it's ready, but when I plug in the flashlight, the light goes out and it doesn't charge. Tried connecting the cable not to the strip but to the charger - same thing, indicator green, but when connected to the flashlight, it doesn't charge, the indicator doesn't light up. Tried another charger, same result. Strangely, connecting the cable without a charger to a different USB charging strip worked. Then the flashlight started charging. But something is wrong, unfortunately. I don't know if I have a defective flashlight. If the situation persists, I will have to file a complaint. The battery life is very disappointing. I think the time specified in the specifications may be exaggerated, unless after longer use the battery somehow calibrates itself and its lifespan improves.

The flashlight is lightweight but feels solid, not cheap. I am very happy with the purchase – its brightness is impressive! As someone who grew up in the 60s and 70s, it was hard for me to believe all these positive reviews, but you really can see very far with it. It's so compact you have to be careful when holding it in your mouth (like we used to do). It was hard for me to spend this much on such a small flashlight, but now I’m considering buying more – for my wife and for the car. Thanks to its versatility and size, it’s my favorite, and the many modes, including strong red light, are extremely practical – especially for my older eyes.

My favorite flashlight from Olight. It's a combination of a headlamp, angled flashlight with two types of light - white and red. So far, no flaws, it works very well.

Great flashlight, you can use it as a headlamp or clip it onto your gear or clothing. Small, lightweight, shines as it should. I really like the moonlight mode – it gently lights up a room, but it also works well outdoors while walking – you can see the path in front of your feet without blinding yourself or creating unnecessary contrasts. Note 1: the headband has reflective elements, which can be a plus, but not necessarily. I would prefer if they weren't there; I tried to cover them with a permanent marker with partial success. Note 2: The flashlight doesn't fit a standard 16340 battery because the negative connection is right next to the positive in the flashlight. For the same reason, it won't work with a CR123 battery, which is a pity because it would be nice to have a spare battery in the field. As it is, you have to carry the dedicated charging cable with you, which doesn't fit anything else. But still, top-class equipment.

The Perun 3 angle headlamp is an extremely functional and ergonomic model. It fits in any pocket and is ready to use at any time. The workmanship is top notch, it shines in so many modes that everyone will find something for themselves. The red LED has two lighting modes, which is very important if you don't want to be noticed. I fully recommend this model.

Great equipment! This is my second flashlight from Olight and it doesn't disappoint. As a second light source (medium power), it is the best choice. Easy to detach, lightweight, and a lot of power for walking or patrolling. The modes allow you to adjust the power to the circumstances and manage the battery, which also lasts long. The red light seems like a gadget, but it is very useful for maps or reading at night in the forest. If you're looking for a modular headlamp with the option to wear it on a vest or elsewhere, look no further.

Every time a new version appears, I buy the Peruna Mini. The improved head mount is, of course, a plus. The low mode of the red light is also useful, for example, for nightly trips to the fridge.
