Omegon AC 90/1000 EQ2 Telescope

A telescope being a refractor equipped with an achromatic lens. The diameter of the optical lens is 90 mm, and the focal length is 1000 mm. The device provides a bright and clear image, which is suitable for observing planets and the Moon. The telescope will also allow the discovery of numerous star clusters, as well as brighter nebulae and galaxies.

A lens with an aperture of 90 mm and a focal length of 1000 mm ensures bright and clear images at magnifications from 13x to 180x. The set includes two Plössl-type eyepieces 25 mm and 6 mm. Lenses with anti-reflective coatings increase light transmission and reduce image distortion.

Moderate lens speed of f/11.1 provides optimally balanced sharpness across the entire field of view. The objective lenses are coated with anti-reflective coatings to improve contrast and image brightness. The star range is 11.6 magnitude, allowing for distant and clear observations.

The telescope tube is mounted on a stable equatorial mount EQ-2. The construction is mobile, yet solid. The system is equipped with precise micro-movements, allowing for the tracking of observed objects. The applied mount allows for attaching DSLR cameras thanks to the Piggy-Back adapter. A dew shield of 114 mm effectively limits dew settling on the optics and reduces stray light, improving contrast and observation quality. On the drawtube body, there is a standard mount for a finder with illumination.
