Omegon Advanced 150/750 EQ-320 Telescope
Telescope reflector type with a parabolic mirror with a diameter of 150 mm and a focal length of 750 mm. With a Crayford focuser with a diameter of 2" with a reduction to 1.25". The model is suitable for both beginners and advanced users. Due to its short focal length, it offers a large field of view, which is an important attribute for observations. This makes it easy to direct the telescope at the object and track it.
observation precision, anti-reflective coatings
Telescope in the Newtonian system. Its main advantage is a large mirror with a diameter of 50 mm, which is the most important element of the telescope, determining what and how we will be able to observe. This telescope collects about 459 times more light than the human eye at night. The size of the mirror is also related to optical resolution, which in this telescope allows for star separation.
Objective with an aperture of 150 mm and a focal length of 750 mm provides bright and sharp images at magnifications from 21x to 300x. The moderate lens speed of f/5 ensures optimally balanced sharpness across the entire field of view. The lenses are coated with anti-reflective coatings to improve image contrast and brightness. The stellar magnitude range is 12.7 magnitude, allowing for distant and clear observations. The set includes two Kellner eyepieces:
- K 25 mm
- K 10 mm
focuser
The telescope is equipped with a Crayford focuser 2" allowing the use of 2" and 1.25" eyepieces. On the body of the focuser, there is a standard mount for a finder with illumination.
adjustable mount
Equatorial mount EQ-320 equipped with micromovements allows for setting the telescope according to an atlas or sky map and smooth movement in the right ascension and declination axis. The mount should be properly set and aligned with the northern pole of the sky, which will allow us to operate the telescope easily.
