Omegon N 150/750 EQ-3 Telescope

A reflector-type telescope with a parabolic mirror measuring 150 mm in diameter and having a focal length of 750 mm. It features a 1.25" focuser. This model is suitable for both beginners and advanced users. Due to its short focal length, it offers a wide field of view, which is an important feature for observations. This makes it easy to point the telescope at an object and track it.

An objective with an aperture of 150 mm and a focal length of 750 mm provides bright and clear images at magnifications from 21x to 300x. Moderate lens speed of f/5 ensures optimally balanced sharpness throughout the entire field of view. The objective lenses are coated with anti-reflective coatings to improve contrast and image brightness. The limiting stellar magnitude is 12.7, which allows for distant and clear observations. The set includes two eyepieces with the Plössl design:

• PL 25 mm - providing 30x magnification
• PL 6.5 mm - providing 115x magnification

A Newtonian telescope. Its main advantage is its large primary mirror, which is the most important component of the telescope and determines what and how we will be able to observe. This model collects about 460 times more light than the human eye at night. The size of the mirror is also related to optical resolution, which in this telescope allows for the resolution of stars.

The telescope is equipped with a eyepiece focuser allowing the use of 1.25" eyepieces. ​​​​​​On the focuser body, there is a standard mount for a illuminated finder.

Equatorial mount EQ-3 equipped with slow motion controls allows for setting the telescope according to an atlas or sky map and smooth movement in the right ascension and declination axes. The mount should be properly set and aligned with the celestial north pole, allowing us to easily operate the telescope.
