Well made, useful for example as an intermediary so you don't pour directly from the flask into a long gun.

Well made. I recommend it.
-
Cheap and practical measure.
-
The measure is graduated every 5 grains, basically fits most pistols and revolvers.
-
It serves its function, useful for measuring powder.
-
I recommend it for measuring powder, instead of using spent cartridge cases.
-
An adjustable measure will be useful if someone intends to expand their black powder firearm collection. If someone doesn't, well, you never know... You buy a measure once. Such a device doesn't wear out. This particular one is well made.
