Pentagon UTA Anorak 2.0 Jacket
UTA Anorak 2.0 offers a reliable and comfortable hooded design crafted from robust Taslon nylon. Taslon nylon Enhanced with the StormTex membrane, StormTex membrane, which ensures a waterproof rating of 5000 mm/m2 and a breathability of 5000 g/m2/24h. The exterior is finished with a DWR (Durable Water Repellent)Durable Water Repellent) treatment, safeguarding the jacket from moisture and grime. The inner lining features soft fleece to maximize wearing comfort.
Partial opening, chin guard, velcro panel
Partially unzipping the jacket is made possible by the zipper, which is complemented with a collar that shields the neck from wind infiltration. Side zippers enhance convenience when donning or removing the jacket, while also boosting ventilation. All seams are fully taped, ensuring reliable protection in wet, rainy conditions.
Positioned on the right shoulder is a velcro panel for affixing patches, such as national flags, unit insignias, or Morale Patches, enabling users to personalize their jacket’s look.

DWR
DWR (Durable Water Repellency) is a durable waterproofing treatment that increases the surface tension of water and creates a hydrophobic coating on materials. It protects the material from rapid soaking, improves drying, provides stain resistance and increases breathability.

Great anorak, warm but not overly thick, underarm ventilation zippers, excellent rain resistance, convenient pass-through pocket. Perfectly sewn. The fleece lining on the shoulders makes it a bit difficult to put on: when wearing a rough sweatshirt underneath, it goes on with some resistance. But overall, it's awesome. 178 cm, average build, I took size XL, it has a little room, and I can put it on over my head without unzipping the sides. I think there are two versions of hood adjustment at the back: with a strap and buckle, and with a drawcord. I recommend the second one.

I just picked up a great jacket, the fleece is very pleasant to the touch. It's nice that the sides have zippers that can be opened from the top or bottom, which makes it easy to access your holster. 181 cm, 88 kg, size L fits perfectly.
