PTS AEG ZEV Core Elite SBR Assault Carbine - Black

The electric replica of the ZEV Core Elite SBR assault carbine is constructed using metal and high-grade polymer. Its body, barrel, receiver extension, and M-LOK handguard utilize metal, while the stock, magazine, trigger guard, and pistol grip are crafted from reinforced polymer. Official ZEV Technology licensed markings are displayed on the body.

A 22 mm RIS top rail provides compatibility for mounting a variety of optical and mechanical sights. Additional tactical accessories can be affixed to the front M-LOK handguard, where extra rails can be installed in any chosen configuration. The EP Trigger Guard features a distinctive "V" shape, optimizing handling of the replica, especially when wearing gloves.

Fitted with an adjustable, lightweight PTS EPG-C stock with a recoil pad featuring a non-slip texture, users can customize the length to fit their body type and preferences. The model incorporates a rotating Hop-Up chamber and a 6.03 mm precision inner barrel measuring 10.5" (266.5 mm) in length with a brown finish. A flash hider is attached to a 14 mm counterclockwise (CCW) thread, allowing the attachment of alternative muzzle devices.

The core mechanism is a reinforced, upgraded v2 gearbox featuring:
- 18:1 steel gears,
- 8 mm ball bearings,
- a reinforced polymer piston equipped with 14 steel teeth,
- a stainless steel cylinder,
- a double-sealed cylinder head made from aircraft-grade aluminum,
- and a quick-change spring system.

Within the gearbox, an electronic trigger unit with an integrated MOSFET system works in tandem with the Zev SSR trigger. Enhanced by electronic trigger operation, the system offers excellent trigger response and adjustment options to accommodate user preferences. Powered by a motor rated at 36000k torque, the combination with the gearbox delivers a firing rate of approximately 20 BBs per second. Battery connection is supported via a T-connect.

With its base initial velocity of 350 FPS, the replica is ideal for medium-range engagement. Adjustments to the Hop-Up system are made easier thanks to a functional working bolt catch, granting access when the catch is pulled.

Supplied with a PTS EPM magazine of the Mid-Cap type, this offers a 150 BB capacity.
