Thermal imaging binoculars capable of detecting objects at distances of up to 2300 meters, featuring an integrated laser rangefinder with a maximum range of 1000 m. The device offers a fixed optical magnification of 2.5x and digital zoom adjustable from 2.5x to 20x.
Outfitted with a thermal sensor with HD resolution of 1024x768 and a pixel size of just 12 µm, the sensor delivers exceptional sensitivity, enabling the detection of temperature differences below 40 mK.
A 50 mm diameter lens ensures a bright, sharp image even in daylight conditions. Output remains smooth and free from lag, even at the highest digital magnification. The thermal lens system boasts a high-performance F/1.0 aperture, maximizing the thermal signal captured by the sensor. Paired with the precision thermal sensor, this guarantees superb thermal imaging capability.
AMOLED technology powers the external display, offering a resolution of 1024 x 768 pixels.

Merger LRF XL50 also features video recording and photo capture functionality. All footage and images are saved to its integrated 64 GB memory. The integrated WiFi module supports connectivity with mobile devices, allowing use of the dedicated StreamVision 2 app. This application provides remote access to the thermal imager’s live view, and enables binocular control via smartphone or tablet.
Designed for the outdoors, the binoculars offer IPX7 waterproof protection, surviving immersion in water up to one meter deep for up to one hour, and are fully protected against dust.
Power comes from both a replaceable APS3 3200 mAh battery (supplied) and a built-in 4000 mAh battery, delivering up to 8 hours of continuous use. A power-saving feature automatically switches off the display when the unit is moved away from the operator's eyes.
