Real Steel Sorrow Outdoor Fixed Blade Knife - Coyote

Robust knife featuring full-tang construction, where the tang runs the entire length of the handle for superior strength. Measures 265 mm in total length, and sports a Clip-Point blade profile. Crafted from D2 tool steel for exceptional toughness and abrasion resistance. An openwork handle with 3 distinct holes enhances grip and reduces weight. Designed by Jakub Wieczorkiewicz.

D2 tool steel

Forged from D2 tool steel, the blade stands out for its exceptional wear resistance and excellent edge retention. Undergoing heat treatment, the blade attains a hardness of 59-61 HRC, delivering long-lasting durability and high cutting performance even during demanding tasks.

Clip-Point blade, Stonewash finish

Featuring a Clip-Point profile, the smooth blade measures 126 mm in length with a thickness of 4.5 mm. A flat grind delivers outstanding cutting performance. The Stonewash finish provides a rugged, irregular look that effectively conceals scratches acquired during use.

G10 laminate scales for the handle

Featuring a Full Tang design, the steel tang extends through the entire length of the handle, providing exceptional durability and structural integrity. Handle scales are crafted from robust G10 laminate. Ergonomically contoured and equipped with a non-slip texture, the handle delivers a reliable, comfortable grip. A prominent finger notch acts as a cross guard, offering added safety during operation.

practical sheath

The knife comes with a sheath crafted from kydex, a material known for being lightweight, exceptionally durable, and resistant to adverse weather conditions. Featuring a fitted inlet and a snap-fastened loop, the sheath keeps the knife firmly in place, preventing any accidental loss. Multiple pass-throughs and the loop provide versatile mounting options on a belt or various gear setups.

D2 feature
D2
D2 is a high-carbon tool steel classified as semi-stainless, characterized by high wear resistance and the ability to maintain a thin, durable edge. It achieves a hardness of 57-62 HRC, which ensures long-lasting sharpness even with intensive use. Its chemical composition is a precisely selected combination of elements: carbon (1.4-1.6%), chromium (11-13%), molybdenum (up to 0.8%), vanadium (up to 1%), manganese (up to 1%), and silicon (up to 1%). The high carbon and chromium content ensures hardness and wear resistance, while molybdenum and vanadium improve the strength and durability of the cutting edge. Although D2 steel is not completely stainless, its corrosion resistance is sufficient to meet the requirements of most conditions of use. It is widely used in the production of mid-range and high-end knives, including handmade knives and cutting tools.
G10 feature
G10
G10 is a lightweight and extremely durable material, considered one of the best for knife production. It is created by pressure-pressing fiberglass with phenolic resin, which gives it high durability and resistance to mechanical damage. It is chemically inert, does not conduct electricity, and retains its properties at both low and high temperatures. In terms of parameters, it is similar to carbon fiber, but its production is much cheaper. G10 handles are manufactured by precision cutting and cutting, which increases the cost of processing but ensures a perfect fit and long knife life.
Stonewash feature
Stonewash
Stonewash is a blade finishing technique that involves treating steel in a drum filled with stones, ceramic abrasives, or beads. The impact of the material creates a characteristic, irregular pattern with micro-scratches, giving the effect of a matte, slightly “aged” surface with a raw, practical appearance. The finish gives the knife an aesthetic look and masks minor scratches and marks that occur during use, keeping the blade looking like new for longer. The matte texture reduces light reflections, which is valued in tactical and outdoor knives, and the micro-scratches can further reduce friction during cutting. Due to its durability, discreet appearance, and ease of maintenance, stonewash is popular in EDC, field, and tactical knives.
