I finally found a refill for the tactical pen I bought from Militaria a long time ago. I wrote quite a lot with it and it's still working, but nothing lasts forever. In a pinch, you can use something similar in the pen, but it's not the same.

Produced by Fisher, universal refills for ALL Rite In The Rain pens; they also fit many other pens with Fisher refills. I tested it in rain, frost, and, of course, upside down! I recommend it. 100% reliable and quite efficient for such a small refill. More efficient on special Rite In The Rain paper.
