Unfortunately, I was severely disappointed. I can confirm the problems with putting them on. It's an ordeal. However, the biggest issue is the improperly sewn and unglued Gore layer, which wrinkles randomly in sensitive spots. As soon as I put them on, I could feel that blisters would immediately form where those wrinkles are. I bought these shoes intending to use them for several dozen-kilometer marches in rough terrain. The workmanship quality is terrible. I wanted to try Salomons as substitutes for Lowa, and that was a mistake. Plus, the price is outrageous. I thought I was paying for quality and comfort, but apparently in Cambodia, they don't know how to make shoes. I'm forced to return them and keep looking for good shoes.
