Review for model:

A great piece of equipment that improves carrying comfort in several Savotta backpacks, and it even helped a friend shield himself from a sudden rain when he didn’t have a cap. It’s an excellent addition for any expedition, for military use, and for travel.

Review for model:

Honestly, it was the reduced price that convinced me to buy this accessory. However, I didn’t expect the pads to be so stiff despite their small thickness, nor that the product itself would turn out to be more than just an ordinary add-on, especially considering its quality and functionality. Then again, why am I surprised? After all, it’s Savotta!

Review for model:

The Savotta Sitting Pad is a trivially simple, yet incredibly useful piece of equipment that you'll quickly come to appreciate during every break in the field. No more sitting on cold, wet ground, icy snow, or hard roots. The pad perfectly insulates from moisture and cold, providing comfort and protecting your body from getting chilled while cooking, resting, or observing. It's ultralight, so you won't even notice it in your gear. The dense, durable foam makes it much less likely to tear or deform than cheap foam mats from supermarkets. You can easily slide it inside your backpack, behind the carrying panel, or attach it externally with straps. It's a small, inconspicuous item that dramatically increases the comfort of any expedition. An essential addition to your backpack!

Review for model:

This is my first experience with a Savotta product and I have to admit that the quality is excellent. The mat seems to be very durable and offers plenty of space for sitting. Unfortunately, due to its size, it might be too large to carry in a regular, everyday backpack. Despite this, I definitely recommend this product!

It works great as a replacement for the foam back panel in my Kantamus 40L, making it lighter and serving as a very practical upgrade. As always with Savotta, the workmanship is solid and durable. It also fits the Hatka backpack in width, though it sticks out of the pocket by about 5 cm, but this doesn't bother during use at all.
