Savotta Varjelus Plate Carrier Tactical Vest - MultiCam
The Plate Carrier tactical vest is a modular accoutrement carrying system designed for use in difficult terrain conditions. It is made of durable 500D Cordura and rigid structural LDPE components, which ensures high durability while maintaining appropriate weight. The system includes a front and rear ballistic insert panel, skeletal cummerbund, and padded shoulder pads. The vest's design does not restrict movement, and its modularity allows it to be properly adapted to the user's needs.
durable 500D Cordura
The body of the vest is made of strong 500D Cordura, which guarantees resistance to mechanical damage. The structural elements of the cummerbund are made of laser-cut low-density polyethylene (LDPE), which provides the rigidity necessary for stable carrying of equipment without restricting ventilation. The materials used have near-infrared signature reduction (NIR) properties, which increases operational effectiveness in night conditions.
PALS webbing, velcro panels, evacuation handle
The outer surfaces of the panels and the cummerbund are covered with PALS-standard webbing, allowing modular expansion with additional pockets and accessories. On the chest and upper back there are velcro panels measuring 10 x 25 cm for attaching markings and patches. The cummerbund is secured with elastic cords and cord locks, which allows the circumference to be adjusted instantly without unfastening the entire system. In the upper part of the rear panel, an evacuation handle with a length of 58 cm is integrated, hidden in a compartment. It is activated by pulling the protruding section of webbing.
ballistic insert pockets, modular placard accoutrement system
The vest's design is based on a modular placard accoutrement system, which ensures full freedom in selecting pouches and pockets. The front panel allows the installation of ready-made systems attached with buckles or velcro. The ballistic insert pockets allow carrying plates measuring 25 x 30 cm (SAPI M) and soft inserts up to 35 mm thick, offering depth adjustment with internal webbing.

Multicam camouflage
MultiCam is a state-of-the-art camouflage pattern developed in 2002 by US company Crye Precision in cooperation with the United States Army Soldier Systems Center (Natick Labs) as part of the Objective Force Warrior program. Its goal was to create a versatile camouflage pattern that is effective in varied terrain and changing environmental conditions. The MultiCam pattern consists of seven colors, creating gradient transitions between shades of green, brown and beige. As a result, it dynamically adapts to the background, adopting shades of green in forested areas or browns and beiges in desert regions - in Central and Eastern European environments, it works particularly well in autumn and among dry vegetation. MultiCam has gained worldwide recognition and is used by numerous armed forces and special units. In 2010, the camouflage was officially adopted by the US Army as the camouflage pattern for soldiers stationed in Afghanistan, replacing the earlier Universal Camouflage Pattern (UCP). The pattern is also available to civilian users, making it a popular choice among military or airsoft enthusiasts.

Cordura is a material woven from durable nylon fibers, developed by DuPont. The structure of the material provides lightness and abrasion resistance, as well as weather resistance. Due to its properties, Cordura is widely used in tactical equipment.
PALS (Pouch Attachment Ladder System) is a modular mounting system for pockets and pouches, used in the MOLLE system. It consists of horizontally sewn rows of 1 inch (25.4 mm) wide, fixed spacing webbing (such as on a backpack) and vertical webbing for attachment and threading (on a pocket). This system is usually equipped with snaps, which further secures the pinned items.
