Sharpi diamond whetstone - 360/600

Double-sided diamond sharpening stone with 360 and 600 grit surfaces. The abrasive area is 20 centimeters by 7.5 centimeters. The sharpening surface features oval cutouts designed to capture and hold metal shavings produced during use, ensuring that the sharpening surface remains clear at all times.

Two distinct grit levels are integrated into the sharpener:
- 360 grit is intended for coarse sharpening and initial blade restoration,
- 600 grit is tailored for routine honing of moderately dulled knives, delivering ideal functional sharpness.

A sturdy plastic base supports the sharpener, complemented by non-slip feet that secure the tool in place and prevent movement during operation.
