Sharpi sharpening system

Engineered for sharpening knives of different shapes and dimensions, the system guarantees precise and stable knife fixation in adjustable clamps, enabling blade rotation without the need to remove it. Sharpening is fast, safe, and user-friendly, requiring no specialized expertise. Supplied with a digital inclinometer for accurate angle adjustment prior to sharpening. The device delivers consistent sharpening results and facilitates the creation of an even, long-lasting, and exceptionally sharp edge.

Constructed from steel, the base features a black paint finish and is fitted with rubber pads for stable placement during operation. Pre-drilled holes in the base allow for secure attachment to a workbench. A metal guide arm equipped with a bearing head and a stabilizing spring delivers smooth, controlled movement throughout the sharpening process. The arm accommodates sharpening stones measuring 150 x 25 mm, providing flexibility for expanding your set or replacing worn stones with ease.

Two robust clamps secure the blade firmly in place, ensuring a stable attachment—the knife remains fixed, minimizing the chance of unintentional angle shifts throughout sharpening. PAn adjustable guide enables seamless adjustment of the optimal sharpening angle tailored to the specific knife type. The sturdy build guarantees consistent movement of the abrasive medium along the full cutting edge. The angle-adjustment column also features a micro-adjustment mechanism to offset any variation in the thickness of the sharpening stones.

Handles are designed for complete rotation without the need to unscrew or remove the blade, enabling easy access to both sides of the edge. The supplied digital inclinometer facilitates precise setting of the sharpening angle before beginning the process.

The kit comes with diamond plates graded 200/360/600/1000, alongside a ceramic stone and leather strop, supporting a comprehensive sharpening process—from repairing damaged edges to delivering a polished, razor-sharp finish.
