Silva Freelight Headlamp 2000 Lumens

The model uses Free Airflow technology based on a housing made of durable plastic and an optimized heat sink. The technology used provides proper ventilation and cooling of the flashlight during all activities, and also protects the flashlight from overheating, ensuring maximum light output regardless of the prevailing conditions. The housing features a high ingress protection rating in accordance with the IP55 standard, which guarantees full protection against dust ingress and resistance to water jets falling from any direction. The movable head enables smooth adjustment of the light beam tilt angle in the vertical plane, precisely illuminating the work area. The modular mounting system allows the light unit to be quickly detached and installed on the headband or directly on the helmet using mounting adapters.

The beam is generated by two efficient LEDs mounted in the lens-based Silva Intelligent Light optical system, which simultaneously provides focused long-range light and wide close-range illumination. Silva Flow Light technology automatically modifies the geometry of the light beam as the head angle changes - pointing the lamp downward widens the beam at close range, while lifting it upward extends the viewing range.

The flashlight is operated using a large, ergonomic button located on the side wall of the head body. The distinct switch profile allows intuitive switching between the three brightness levels without removing work or tactical gloves.

The head torch is powered by an external lithium-ion rechargeable battery with a capacity of 36 Wh, mounted on the rear part of the headband or carried separately using an extension cable. Charging takes place via the built-in USB-C port and takes about 6 hours, while the current charge status is indicated by a precise LED indicator. An additional red rear position light is placed on the back of the power module, improving the user's visibility and safety after dark.

The wide, flexible headband has been equipped with Free technology, which routes the power paths directly inside the textile material, preventing cables from tangling around the head. The inner side features silicone finishes that stabilize the structure on the head, cap or helmet, and the included top band evenly distributes the weight of the flashlight during dynamic movement. A set of modular snap sockets enables instant mounting of the light unit at the front and the battery pack at the back of the head.
