The kit comes with a flameless heater designed for rapid meal warming (around 12 minutes). By adding a small amount of water (up to 120 ml), a specially formulated chemical mixture is activated, reaching temperatures of up to 85 deg. C. Once the meal is heated, the heater maintains its temperature for approximately 40 minutes, enabling it to be used for body warming as well (ensure it is wrapped and not placed directly on the skin).
