Folding EDC (Every Day Carry) knife featuring a blade with a Clip-Point profile. Designed as a versatile folder suitable for everyday use and demanding outdoor scenarios. The blade is crafted from Cryo CTS-XHP steel, treated according to SOG’s proprietary low-temperature heat treatment standards. A Titanium Nitride coating enhances corrosion resistance and minimizes glare.
Blade deployment is facilitated via a thumb notch and flipper, with smooth action ensured by a ball bearing mechanism at the pivot. Jimping on the blade spine offers a secure thumb placement for enhanced control during use. A robust XR Lock mechanism secures the blade firmly in the open position.
Ergonomic handle constructed entirely from carbon fiber. The handle scales feature a non-slip texture, guaranteeing a firm grip even with wet or dirty hands, or when wearing tactical gloves. The handle’s rear end is shaped for hammering tasks.
Everyday carry convenience is provided by a resilient titanium clip that allows easy attachment to a belt or pocket edge, with ambidextrous mounting options for both right and left sides.
