For a semi-open, open range or the forest - fantastic. Good noise reduction for any weapon up to 12mm. Active mode: very good, picks up sounds well. I was slightly disappointed when using them on a closed range. For .22 shooting it's ok, but when 9x19 comes in - the shots become noticeable. And for example at competitions, when a series of central fire goes off from 10 stations - it's no longer comfortable. Here, it's worth considering 32 SNR.
