The Ranger series rifle scope features a variable magnification range of 4-32x and a 56 mm objective lens equipped with XL Field of View technology. Constructed from hard-anodized aluminum, the body provides exceptional durability and shock resistance while maintaining a lightweight and compact design. Sealed to deliver water resistance up to 1 meter underwater. Additional highlights include an 11-degree illuminated aiming point, an integrated ballistic turret with a reset function for returning to default settings, and nitrogen filling.

The rifle scope features an adjustable illuminated 4-AI reticle set on the Second Focal Plane (SFP). Illumination offers 11 brightness settings (6 night and 5 day) for optimal visibility. Enhanced aiming is ensured during dawn and dusk thanks to the backlighting. Additionally, an automatic backlight shut-off system is activated after 6 hours of use. Powered by a CR2032 battery, all adjustments are made using clearly marked turrets for fast and precise reticle calibration at varying distances and under diverse weather conditions.

Side parallax control enables precise optical adjustment to match the target distance. The eyepiece features diopter adjustment from -3 to +2, enhancing usability for shooters with vision impairments.

The integrated ballistic turret featured in the Steiner Ranger 8 4-32x56 BT rifle scope represents a sophisticated adjustment mechanism, enabling precise configuration and indication of bullet trajectory adjustments for up to four different distances (0 or 100 m, 200 m, 300 m, 400 m) during long-range shooting.
