Great beef with potatoes - a very large portion, 1000 kcal. For an adult man it's possible to eat at once, but not for everyone, so maybe you should carefully consider whether you really need such a big pack. I bought it because I thought that since I'm hungry after a 600 kcal meal, 1000 would be okay, but it turns out it's better to aim for about 800 kcal per meal. Overall, I recommend it!

Very tasty chicken, maybe the portion is a bit small for me but you can always make two. :) It's worth having with you in the forest or in the car, just in case. Well seasoned, a bit spicy so it might not suit everyone.

These larger portions for 2 people are more than enough. Or for one person, but only if they're really tired and very hungry. I especially recommend the salmon with broccoli.
